Terms of Service

By using iphonekupidanceai.org you agree to these terms.

The service

iPhone Kupi Dance AI turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated dance video. Results are generated by a third-party AI model and can differ from the reference dance in appearance, motion and props.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms.

Photos you upload

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use, of yourself or of adults who have agreed. You must not upload:

• photos of anyone under 18;
• photos of people without their consent, including public figures;
• sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content.

We may refuse, stop or delete any generation that breaks these rules, and close accounts that misuse the service.

Videos and payments

Videos are sold in one-time packs through Dodo Payments. One video is taken from your balance when it starts and added back automatically if it fails. Refunds follow our refund policy. Your video balance has no cash value and can’t be transferred.

Your videos

You may use the videos you make for personal posts on social media. You are responsible for how you use them. Videos include the trend’s original sound. The song belongs to its rights holders and we give you no license to it, so get your own license for ads or commercial use. A platform may mute a video, and if a rights holder objects we may remove the sound from videos on this site. Label AI-generated content where a platform requires it.

Trademarks and affiliation

We are an independent fan tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, TikTok, the trend’s creators, or SABI and MIA BOYKA. iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
