What we collect, how your uploaded photo is used and deleted, and the services that process your data.

This policy explains how iPhone Kupi Dance AI (“we”) handles your information when you use iphonekupidanceai.org.
Your photo
- Why we need it: only to make the video you ask for.
- Where it goes: your photo is uploaded to the storage of our AI video provider, Kie.ai, and processed by its video model. We don’t keep a copy on our own servers.
- Before you generate: the photo you pick stays only in your own browser, for up to 24 hours, so it’s still there after you sign up or pay. It’s removed when you generate a video or change the photo.
- How long it is kept: files uploaded to the provider are deleted automatically within 3 days.
- What we never do: we don’t sell your photo, publish it, or use it to train our own models.
- What the provider may do: Kie.ai’s terms let it use uploaded content to operate and improve its services. They don’t say whether that includes training AI models, so we can’t promise that it doesn’t.
- Your responsibility: only upload photos of yourself, or of an adult who has agreed. Don’t upload photos of children.
Your videos
Finished videos are stored by the video provider, and we keep the link in your account so you can download it. Provider links expire, so download your video soon after it is ready. You can ask us to delete your videos at any time.
Account and payment information
- Account: your name, email address and sign-in details.
- Payments: handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We receive the order status and amount, never your full card number.
- Usage: basic logs and analytics such as pages visited, device type, clicks and scrolling, used to keep the service running and improve it. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect this through cookies, and Clarity can replay how a visit went.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or delete your account, by emailing support@iphonekupidanceai.org. We reply within 30 days.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18.

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
